Pokémon Go Community Debates the Dumbest Looking Pokémon

Derek Morgan

According to the Pokémon Go community, some Pokémon are just too silly-looking to be considered cute. In a Reddit discussion, players shared their opinions on the “dumbest looking Pokémon,” with Crabominable, a crab-like creature with fur, taking the top spot.

Other players chimed in with their own choices. Alolan Persian, a cat Pokémon, was deemed ugly and stupid by one player. Lickilicky, resembling Augustus Gloop from Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, also received criticism. Diggersby, a rabbit-like Pokémon, was considered repulsive by another player.

Galarian Meowth, with its “flesh beards,” was also mentioned as a disliked design. Other Pokémon such as Bruxish, Hitmontop, Probopass, Pawmi, Ghimmighoul, and Stunfisk were also brought up as contenders for the title of dumbest looking Pokémon.

Despite these odd designs, Pokémon Go offers plenty of adorable creatures like Pikachu, Eevee, Jigglypuff, and more to balance things out. The Reddit post garnered over 690 comments, showcasing the diverse opinions within the community.
