Pokémon ROM hackers have designed an array of amazing Mega Evolutions that I wish were included in the original games. These creative individuals have introduced over 45 new creatures, including fan favorites like Lapras, Typhlosion, Quagsire, Krookodile, Dragonite, and even my personal favorite, Sandslash.
Elite Redux, a ROM hack for Pokémon Emerald, brings back the excitement of Mega Evolutions by introducing these incredible new forms. Alongside the Mega Evolutions, the hack also includes special Redux Pokémon and a unique Kecleon/Dewgong hybrid.
The ROM hack offers a range of features, such as the ability for Pokémon to have up to four abilities simultaneously, custom move sets for every trainer, and over 100 new custom abilities. Additionally, there is no grinding required, unlimited Rare Candies are available, and various quality-of-life changes have been implemented.
It’s important to note that ROM hacks are not endorsed by Nintendo and may be subject to removal. Furthermore, there is a risk of encountering viruses or malware when downloading these hacks.
