Valve is not slowing down in its efforts to improve Counter-Strike 2, with the latest update released on Nov. 13. While some bugs have been fixed, players are still not satisfied.
The most recent CS2 update included six changes, focusing on player collisions and a weapon-switching bug. While players are happy these issues have been addressed, there is still one major problem that remains: packet loss.
Despite the important adjustments made, players continue to claim that the game is unplayable due to packet loss issues. One player expressed their frustration on Reddit, saying, “I was hoping to see a fix for the packet loss issues. I just want to play without worrying about rubberbanding or being unable to switch guns.”
Valve is doing its best, but CS2 still has a long way to go before it becomes flawless. Many players share the same sentiment, but it is uncertain when Valve will address this issue. In the meantime, players are left unable to fully enjoy the game.
Since its release in September, CS2 has been plagued with problems. The latest update addressed collision and weapon-switching bugs, which were causing shots to not register correctly.
Fortunately, Valve has been consistently releasing updates for CS2, so there is hope that another set of patch notes will be coming soon. We can only hope for the best.
