Riot Games has concluded the PBE updates for Teamfight Tactics Set 10 with the final patch on Nov. 14. The focus of this update was on the Headline mechanic, Carousels, and five-cost champions.
There will be no further updates for the rest of the week as the balance team allows the meta to develop leading up to the official launch of Remix Rumble on Nov. 21. However, an A-patch is scheduled for Nov. 20 to make any final adjustments.
The last PBE update for TFT Set 10 included tweaks and a system change for the Headline mechanic. Players were exploiting the mechanic by acquiring six copies of a four or five-cost Remix Rumble champion and then selling their Headline unit to find a Headline champion, making the unit a three-star. To address this issue, Riot implemented a rule that prevents champions with less than half of their copies left in the pool from appearing as a Headliner in the shop.
Other balance changes in the final update included the removal of duplicate Emblems on Carousels, adjustments to Sona’s abilities, and scaling adjustments within the Country trait. Changes were also made to items obtained through the Superfan trait.
Augments were adjusted, with the removal of Encore. Additionally, the Support TFT item Heart of Gold no longer grants gold during PvE rounds.
Players can test out TFT Set 10 on the PBE servers, and the Remix Rumble set will officially launch on Nov. 21.
