Additionally, new graduates joining the company will now receive a starting salary of 300,000 yen ($1,977), up from the previous 257,000 yen. Atlus plans to revise its remuneration system in April 2024 to create a stable income environment that allows employees to perform at their best. The company also mentioned providing performance bonuses based on worldwide profits since 2021, thanks to the strong development of its overseas business.
