Get ready for some fresh locations in Modern Warfare 3’s multiplayer map pool as season one brings three new six-vs-six maps to the game. Activision has announced that two of these maps will be available on day one, with an additional two-vs-two map for players looking for more variety in their battles.
The first map, Meat, takes place at the East Bay Butchers slaughterhouse, offering a unique setting for intense combat. Greece, on the other hand, is a medium-sized Mediterranean-themed map set in a picturesque coastal town. The third map, Rio, captures the vibrant atmosphere of its namesake city, featuring bright lights and tight alleyways in an upscale shopping center. Rio will be added in the Season One Reloaded update after the season launches in December.
In addition to the new multiplayer maps, Warzone players can look forward to exploring the new Urzikstan map, which will incorporate the game’s new movement systems. Season one is set to begin in early December, although an exact release date has not been announced yet.
