Nevertheless, players argue that these bots should be relegated to lower-skilled lobbies, allowing top-tier gamers to compete against each other. This should be easily achievable considering the surge of players returning to Fortnite in recent weeks.
Fortnite OG has witnessed a record-breaking player peak since its release. Within hours of its availability, the game attracted a staggering 44.7 million players in a single day, followed by 102 million hours of playtime. However, the influx of players has resulted in matchmaking difficulties, exacerbated by weekly updates that reintroduce old maps, weapons, and experiences. Epic Games may face challenges in addressing these issues, potentially leading to a loss of players before they can be resolved.
