Rumble, a champion in League of Legends, has experienced a significant increase in win rate in ARAM. However, this sudden spike may be the result of a bug.
Currently, Rumble has a staggering 57.67 percent win rate when playing on the blue side, but only 45.88 percent when on the red side, according to LoLalytics. Players on Reddit have speculated that this discrepancy could be due to a recurring bug.
On August 29, players pointed out that Rumble had previously been affected by a bug that caused him to deal more damage depending on which side he was on. A video from 2014 was shared, demonstrating this bug in action, with two identical Rumbles fighting and one dealing significantly higher damage.
While it is purely speculative at this point, if the bug has indeed returned, it would explain Rumble’s sudden rise in win rate in ARAM. However, it is worth noting that the bug was last documented in Patch 4.9, back in 2014, according to the League of Legends wiki.
It is also possible that these statistics are simply coincidental, as ARAM matches are randomized and can lead to skewed data from time to time.
