Season Five Reloaded is bringing new excitement to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone. While the future of DMZ in Modern Warfare 3 remains uncertain, players can look forward to fresh content in Season Five Reloaded and potentially in season six. Activision has confirmed that new content will be released on August 30th, alongside updates for all current CoD offerings.
DMZ Season Five Reloaded Patch Notes
Here’s a sneak peek at what to expect in the upcoming DMZ update:
- Shadow Company Tier Three, Four, and Five Missions: The update introduces new tiers of missions for Shadow Company, continuing the storyline from MW2. Players will have the opportunity to acquire a Heavy Chopper or an MRAP, extract gas canisters from the Observatory’s underground lab, and face off against the Commander known as “Rhino.” Completing these missions will unlock various rewards, some of which can be carried forward to Modern Warfare 3.
- Communications Station Additional Upgrades: By completing new Communication Station upgrade tasks, players can unlock permanent benefits. These upgrades include lengthening the duration of UAV Tower and SAM sites, providing valuable advantages during matches.
- Bug Fixes: The update addresses several bugs, including exploits that allowed gas mask durability to be reset and a weapon duplication glitch involving Dead Drops.
