When will League Patch 13.19 go live?

However, three champions, namely Rek’Sai, Renekton, and Zeri, have been deemed too powerful and will receive nerfs.

Riot is also buffing Randuin’s Omen to counter Tristana’s dominance in the mid lane. They hope that this item will provide a suitable answer to Tristana’s double crit carry compositions. Riot has been working on adjusting the item’s stats to have a significant impact on the metagame.

To celebrate Halloween, Riot is introducing six incredible La Ilusión skins inspired by Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). These skins feature skulls, marigold flowers, and other traditional Mexican designs. The skins will be available during the Patch 13.19 cycle.
