Blizzard has introduced a new Eclipse skin for Illari in Overwatch 2, giving players the opportunity to give the fun-loving character a darker and more edgy look. The skin features a mask reminiscent of the DC supervillain Deathstroke and is predominantly black and silver, deviating from Illari’s usual red and gold color scheme.
The Eclipse skin has been highly anticipated by players since it was discovered earlier this season. While Illari’s Llama Pajama Legendary skin is creative, it doesn’t convey the intimidating feel that many players desire in Overwatch.
The Eclipse Illari Bundle, priced at 1,500 OW coins (approximately $15), includes the Epic-quality skin, an Eclipse name card, an Eclipse spray, and the “Stay dead” voice line. Additionally, players who do not already own Illari will gain access to the character through this bundle. However, most players will already have Illari unlocked by purchasing the premium battle pass for 1,000 OW coins.
The Eclipse Illari Bundle was added to the shop on Thursday and will be available for one week. After that, the new skin will be vaulted during the game’s weekly shop reset on Thursday, October 5.
