World of Warcraft players are in for a surprise with the upcoming addition of customizable watches in a future patch. This exciting feature will allow players to add some style to their characters’ wrists, which have long been hidden by unimpressive wristguards and leather bracers.
According to a data mine from WoW coverage site Wowhead, three new watches will be introduced to the game through the Trading Post. While the official Blizzard reveal for October’s Trading Post did not mention watches, it is expected that they will be available in either November or December’s lineup.
The watches come in different colors for their faces and bands. One option features a sapphire-faced watch with a light-brown band, while another showcases a ruby-faced watch with a black band. Both of these watches will cost 200 Trader’s Tender. Additionally, there is a watch with a gold face and dark-brown band, priced at 999 Trader’s Tender.
Bracers have always been an underwhelming armor slot when it comes to transmog, but now players can finally enhance their character’s appearance with these stylish watches. It’s safe to say that no WoW player has ever been excited about designing a transmog set around a pair of bracers. However, with the introduction of watches, that might change.
While the watches won’t be available in October’s Trading Post, players can look forward to other exciting items such as the Dim Coldflame Core mount and class armor sets for Death Knights, Druids, and Demon Hunters.
