Moira is a divisive hero in Overwatch 2, with many players using her in a damaging rather than supportive role. This behavior, known as “DPS Moira,” has been heavily criticized by the community. Despite Moira’s high healing capacity, players often prioritize dealing damage over supporting their team.
The new Legendary skin for Moira embraces this controversial playstyle, turning her into an evil succubus demon from the Burning Hells.
The teaser also hints at a makeover for Blizzard World, likely to be part of the Halloween Terror event. In previous years, this event featured a PvE mode on Eichenwalde where players fought against hordes of zombie omnics. This time, it seems players will face similar challenges in a spooky version of Blizzard World.
Season 7 of Overwatch 2 begins on October 10, with the trailer premiering on YouTube on October 4. More details about the Diablo-based crossover and the upcoming event are expected to be revealed in the trailer.
