Call of Duty Next Introduces Game-Changing Controller Feature

superadmin

Call of Duty Next has unveiled an exciting new feature that is sure to delight fans of the franchise. During a livestream hosted by Activision and popular personalities, Warzone player and content creator Repullze stumbled upon a game-changing addition within the game’s controller settings.

Repullze discovered a remarkable setting while tinkering with the game’s options. The in-game menu now displays the placement of your analog stick and can detect if there is any stick drift, a common issue that arises after prolonged use of controllers. This innovative feature allows players to adjust their deadzones accordingly, ensuring optimal performance.

While deadzone adjustments have been available in gaming for some time, the ability to visually identify stick drift and make precise adjustments is truly impressive. This feature is particularly beneficial for Call of Duty players who often subject their controllers to intense usage or experience frustration during competitive play.

Instead of immediately resorting to purchasing a new controller to combat stick drift, players can now assess the extent of the issue and rectify it themselves. By being able to see how the deadzone is affected, they can restore their controller’s functionality without the need for a replacement.

The video showcasing this new feature was shared on the Twitter account for Repullze’s Warzone podcast, Pullze Check. The tweet expressed admiration for the developers, stating that they “cooked” with this addition. It’s hard to disagree with that sentiment.

The beta for MW3 will commence this weekend for PlayStation users and will be available on all platforms, including PC and Xbox, next week.
