One key advantage for the blue side is their proximity to the Baron Pit. While the red team must navigate around the pit, the blue team can simply walk out of their jungle, putting the red team at a disadvantageous position. This situation becomes even more challenging if the red team lacks vision.
Although draft strategies may not have a significant impact on ranked games, they play a crucial role in professional play. Every decision made by the pros, including the pick and ban order, carries immense importance. The blue side’s first pick privilege allows them to secure any priority pick they desire, forcing the red side to ban champions they may not have intended to.
The Worlds 2023 tournament will continue until November 19, when Riot Games crowns the World Champion. Currently, the first stage of the Swiss format has concluded, and the best teams will battle it out in the knockout stage starting on October 26.
