Riot Games has just dropped a bunch of exciting spoilers for Teamfight Tactics Set 10, showcasing new traits, Portals, music for traits, and a new twist on a returning mechanic through Headliners. Get ready for an epic musical experience!
Set 10: Remix Rumble
In Set 10, Remix Rumble, each Set will now run for four months, giving players more time to enjoy the game. Music takes center stage in this set, with traits inspired by various genres. Prepare to groove to the beats of K/DA, Pentakill, True Damage, and more!
New Traits and Skins
Joining the roster of traits in Set 10 are K/DA, Pentakill, and True Damage. Akali, a champion in both K/DA and True Damage, will have a trait that changes based on whichever band is trending at the time. Additionally, a new class called Superfans will introduce new skins to the game. Bard also returns through the Freeflow trait.
Portals and Augments
Portals make a comeback in Set 10, allowing for exciting gameplay opportunities. However, no Legends from previous sets will be featured in this one. Augments, on the other hand, remain a staple in the game, providing unique enhancements to your champions.
Introducing Headliners
Headliners are a new mechanic in Set 10, inspired by the Chosen mechanic from Set Four. These special champions will occasionally appear in shops and can be purchased as two-star units. Similar to Chosen, Headliners grant their controller an additional trait. However, each Headliner will have a specific effect to ensure balanced gameplay.
Exciting Updates
Get ready for some exciting updates in TFT Set 10! New Tacticians, Chibi K/DA Akali and Kai’Sa, will join the ranks two weeks after the set’s launch. Battle passes will have a fresh new look, with two passes lasting two months each, and each set pass featuring a unique design. Ranked mode is also getting a revamp, with the addition of the Emerald tier to the ladder. And don’t miss out on the first global LAN event in Vegas from December 8th to 10th!
