MW2 and Warzone Receive Weapon Adjustments in Latest Update
In the latest Call of Duty update, both Modern Warfare 2 (MW2) and Warzone have undergone weapon changes. However, it’s important to note that these changes are specific to each game mode. While some guns have been nerfed, others have received buffs, altering the gameplay experience for players.
Weapon Adjustments in MW2
In MW2 multiplayer, several SMGs have been affected by the update. The Vaznev-9K, Lachmann Shroud, ISO 9, and Minibak have all been nerfed, while the PDSW 528, Fennec, and BAS-P have received slight buffs. Additionally, ARs such as the TR-76 Geist and TAQ-56 have been nerfed, while the Kastov 762, FR Avancer, M16, Tempus Razorback, M4, and Lachmann-556 have been buffed.
Furthermore, shotguns like the Lockwood 300 and KV Broadside have been hit with significant nerfs. The Lockwood 300’s Maelstrom Dual Trigger with 12 Gauge and Dragon’s Breath ammo now has reduced damage range, and the Broadside’s Dragon’s Breath ammo also received a damage range reduction.
Weapon Adjustments in Warzone
In Warzone, the Kastov 762 and TR-76 Geist, which are currently popular choices in the meta, have been heavily nerfed. On the other hand, the Lachmann-556 and M4 have received slight buffs. The M13B has undergone both positive and negative changes.
