On the VALORANT test servers, Cypher players have noticed a bug or potential buff with his Trapwires. Normally, when a player triggers a Trapwire, it disappears. But on the test servers, the wire remains in place after activation, reactivating if someone passes through it again.
This bug or buff is a significant advantage for Cypher, as he no longer has to worry about abilities from agents like Yoru, Skye, Fade, or Raze that can destroy his traps. Instead, players must now shoot the wire to remove it, exposing themselves in the process.
