Diablo 4’s Season of Blood has begun, and Blizzard Entertainment is using the excitement to raise awareness for a worthy cause. The event, called Diablo Blood Harvest, encourages gamers to visit their local blood banks and make life-saving donations. As an incentive, once 666 quarts of blood are donated, players will unlock several exclusive in-game items.
At 33% of the donation goal, players will unlock the Bloodpetal weapon transmog set. When the goal reaches 66%, the Loch Raeth Maor Barbarian armor transmog will be unlocked. Finally, at 100% of the goal, players will receive the Vermillion Eye Piebald mount. Currently, the progress stands at 27%.
But the most exciting reward awaits at 100% of the goal—a chance to win a custom PC build through a sweepstakes. This PC is powered by liquid-cooling infused with real human blood and features top-of-the-line components such as an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090, an Intel Core i9-13900K, 64 GB of DDR5 RAM, and 3 TB Gen5 NVMe M.2 SSD storage. The PC comes in a signature Diablo red/black color palette with custom Season of Blood graphics.
To participate, players need to provide proof of their blood donation, which can be a confirmation email from any blood clinic in the United States. The proof must be submitted by November 21 at 1:59am CT to count towards the goal.
Even if players do not donate, they will still benefit from the event. Once the donation goals are reached, all players will unlock the in-game rewards in their wardrobe and stable. Additionally, anyone can enter the sweepstakes for a chance to win the custom PC.
