Eevee will be everywhere in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet this weekend to celebrate Eevee Day. The popular Generation I Pokémon will appear frequently in the wild in Paldea and Kitakami due to a mass outbreak. Additionally, a powerful Mighty Eevee will headline the Seven-Star Tera Raids.
The event begins on Friday, Nov. 17 and will run until Monday, Nov. 20.
During this time, Eevee encounters in the wild have a higher chance of having special marks. In Paldea, trainers may find Eevee with Jittery, Intense, Intellectual, or Marks. In Kitakami, Eevee may have Rowdy, Excited, Calmness, or Unsure Marks. The Mighty Eevee in the Tera Raid will possess a Normal Tera-type and the Mightiest Mark.
Serebii Update: The next 7 Star Tera Raid Battle has been fully revealed. Engage in battle against a Normal Tera Type Eevee. The raid will be available from November 17th through November 20th. For more details, visit the link: https://t.co/gDbXkHSvkT
These marks serve as special badges that give Pokémon unique titles, making them more distinctive. For instance, an Eevee with a Rowdy Mark will be known as “Eevee the Rowdy,” while an Eevee with the Mighty Mark will be called “Eevee the Mighty.” Although these marks do not enhance the Pokémon’s strength or speed, they add a special touch.
There has never been a better time to capture an Eevee in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, especially for those who have yet to obtain one or desire a unique Eevee to evolve into any of the Eeveelutions, including Espeon, Flareon, Glaceon, Jolteon, Leafeon, Sylveon, Umbreon, or Vaporeon.
Eevee Day is an official celebration in Japan, recognized on Nov. 21. Since 2018, this day has been dedicated to the beloved fox-like Pokémon, which has become arguably the second-most iconic Pokémon after Pikachu.
Last year, during Eevee Day in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, Eevee appeared in various tiers of Tera Raids, each with different Tera Types. This allowed players to capture an Eevee suitable for evolving into any desired Eeveelution.
Eevee Day goes beyond being a special event in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet and other franchise titles like Pokémon Go. It also includes an actual parade in Yokohama, featuring ten life-sized Eevee replicas.
