Emergency Fix Released for Overpowered Battle Rage Equipment in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Beta

superadmin

Sledgehammer Games has taken immediate action to address the overpowering Battle Rage Equipment in the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 beta. Despite initially believing that the pre-beta buffs were necessary, the developers have now nerfed Battle Rage due to its excessive strength.

In a recent update on October 6th, Sledgehammer Games made significant adjustments to Battle Rage. The duration of the equipment has been reduced from 10 to 6 seconds, and kills will no longer increase the duration of the buff. Health regeneration enhancements will now be interrupted when the player takes damage, and the increased health regeneration speed granted by Battle Rage has been removed.

Players in the MW3 beta were frustrated with the state of Battle Rage, which was clearly overpowered. Numerous clips emerged showing players winning gunfights against overwhelming odds, thanks to the broken effects of Battle Rage. It felt more like a high-level killstreak reward rather than a tactical equipment.

Sledgehammer Games deserves praise for swiftly addressing the issue and nerfing Battle Rage. Players appreciate their quick response, as it would have taken much longer for other developers to address such a problem. This action demonstrates their commitment to ensuring a balanced and enjoyable gaming experience.

While Battle Rage has been nerfed, players are still eager for further improvements and adjustments. They hope that Sledgehammer Games will continue to listen to feedback and address any other issues before the all-platform open beta next weekend.

In the meantime, players can enjoy the MW3 beta with the knowledge that Battle Rage has been brought back to a more reasonable level. It’s time to jump back into the action and show off your skills without relying on an overpowered equipment.
