The prototype, dubbed “Terror Strike,” showcases an early iteration of Left 4 Dead set in a city environment. Players are armed with knives instead of guns, and their objective is to plant a bomb at a designated location. Although the prototype lacks the iconic zombie enemies, players can still hear the familiar shrieks that would later become synonymous with Left 4 Dead.
