Modder Adds Starfield’s Healing Feature to Skyrim

Xavier Ward

A modder has taken inspiration from Bethesda’s upcoming game, Starfield, and added one of its overlooked features into Skyrim. The mod allows players to heal their companions quickly, keeping them alive and ready for battle. In a land filled with dragons and giants, this feature proves invaluable.

The mod, titled “Press E to heal followers,” was created by JaySerpa. When a companion is downed, players can use a healing potion to revive them and continue fighting. The mod even includes custom dialogue, adding to the immersion of the game.

JaySerpa was inspired to create the mod after experiencing difficulties with a companion in Starfield. Sarah Morgan kept attacking every species, leading to unnecessary fights and injuries. This sparked the idea to bring the healing feature to Skyrim.

The healing feature is incredibly useful, especially when players find themselves in dangerous situations. It is hoped that Bethesda will incorporate this feature into future games like The Elder Scrolls VI and Fallout 5.

Overall, this mod adds a much-needed element to Skyrim, making it easier to keep companions alive and ensuring a smoother gameplay experience.
