Player Discovers “Adorable Good” Playthrough in Baldur’s Gate 3

Xavier Ward

A Baldur’s Gate 3 player unintentionally creates a new playthrough category called “adorable good” while exploring the game.

In a Reddit post, a player named knightlady201 shares their experience of stumbling upon Last Light Inn in the second act of the game. Unlike most players, they follow the sign and leave their weapons in a box before entering the location. This innocent and polite behavior earns them the title of “adorable good” from fellow players.

The post sparks a discussion about different playthrough categories, with suggestions like “lawful good,” “gullible good,” and now “adorable good.” Knightlady201 is praised for their roleplaying and polite approach to the game.

Despite their adorable good intentions, knightlady201 eventually has to reload the game and enter Last Light Inn with their weapons. The mini-boss fight at the end of the interactions proves to be too challenging without any weapons.

This incident highlights the growing trend of roleplaying players in Baldur’s Gate 3. Knightlady201’s adorable good playthrough adds a unique twist to the game, just like another player’s Dark Urge playthrough that justified invading Emerald Grove.
