Players Can’t Get Enough of Baldur’s Gate 3

superadmin

It’s been over a month since the highly anticipated release of Baldur’s Gate 3 for PC, and players are finding it hard to tear themselves away from the game. Even those who aren’t typically fans of CRPGs or turn-based games are thoroughly enjoying their time in Baldur’s Gate 3 and are reluctant to finish the game.

The game has received high praise from players, with many expressing their love for it on the Baldur’s Gate 3 subreddit. One player wrote, “This game is amazing, I have never felt like this towards any game before, I am absolutely in love with it and I don’t want to leave this world.” Another player shared, “I’ve never even played a game this much in a single month before since I’ve become an adult.”

What makes this even more remarkable is that Baldur’s Gate 3 was initially expected to cater to a niche audience. However, it has managed to captivate players across the board, including those who were not aware of its existence prior to its official release. The game offers a unique joy similar to that experienced in Red Dead Redemption 2, where players can spend countless hours exploring the map, interacting with NPCs, and completing various side quests.

Baldur’s Gate 3 has exceeded expectations and is already being considered a strong contender for Game of the Year (GOTY), despite tough competition from other highly anticipated releases such as Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and Starfield in 2023. Larian Studios has truly delivered a near-perfect game that has left fans craving for more.

With the recent launch of PlayStation 5 on Sept. 6 and the possibility of an Xbox version by the end of the year, it is expected that even more players will become hooked on Baldur’s Gate 3 in the coming months.
