Respawn Fixes Frustrating Apex Legends Bug

Xavier Ward

Respawn has addressed one of the most annoying bugs in Apex Legends with a hotfix that will finally restore players’ control over their aim. The bug, which caused bullet tracers to appear from players’ heads instead of the barrel of their gun, created confusion and hindered accuracy. However, Respawn has now released a fix for this issue, allowing players to aim down sights and fire with confidence once again.

In addition to the bullet tracer bug, Respawn has also resolved other issues. One of these fixes ensures that shooting Revenant’s Ultimate shield now grants the correct amount of Evo armor progress. Previously, damage wasn’t registering properly when players attempted to level up their Evo armor until they destroyed the 75 extra shield provided by Revenant’s ultimate ability. Another fix addresses the problem of player profiles sometimes appearing black when being inspected.

This hotfix comes as a relief to Apex Legends players who rely on precise aiming and accurate information about the source of gunfire. Respawn’s prompt response to these bugs demonstrates their commitment to maintaining a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience.
