Reyna Bug in VALORANT’s Iso Ultimate Gives Her Extra HP

Derek Morgan

Ever since Iso was introduced in VALORANT’s Episode Seven, Act Three, players have been encountering issues with his abilities. However, one particular bug involving Reyna and Iso’s Kill Contract stands out. This bug allows Reyna to have additional health points while under Iso’s ultimate, making her nearly invincible.

A player on Reddit shared their experience of facing a seemingly indestructible Reyna who survived a headshot from a Vandal, which should have been fatal. A Vandal headshot deals 160 damage, exceeding a player’s maximum health. This left the player confused and seeking an explanation.

Considering that healing is not possible during Iso’s one-vs-one arena, the only logical explanation is a bug that grants Reyna more than 160 HP. Players in the thread speculated that Reyna must have been overhealed before being summoned into the Kill Contract. Since Iso’s ultimate replenishes both his and his opponents’ health, it likely caused Reyna’s total health to exceed the normal limit.

This bug poses a significant disadvantage for Iso players who have to face an overhealed Reyna. It also undermines the purpose of Iso’s ultimate, as Reyna becomes a counter to it. Several other VALORANT players in the thread shared similar experiences, confirming that this bug is not an isolated incident.

Riot Games should address this bug promptly, as it has the potential to disrupt gameplay and create unfair situations. While I personally haven’t encountered this bug while playing as Iso, it is evident that it can significantly impact the balance of the game.

Iso’s ultimate is designed to apply the Suppressed effect on both contenders, and it should not be compromised by an overhealed Reyna or an opponent under the influence of combat-stimulants. This bug requires urgent attention and a patch from Riot Games to ensure a fair and enjoyable gaming experience for all players.
