Riot Games Developing VALORANT Mobile with Training Courses for Players

Derek Morgan

Riot Games is working hard on developing VALORANT Mobile, and leaks suggest that the game will feature training courses for players to warm up and practice before Competitive games. New gameplay footage on Sept. 29 revealed this exciting new feature.

The video shared on Twitter showcased a training course on the Ascent map, but it is likely that every map in the game will have this feature. The concept is simple: players will have to navigate from one side of the map to the other, clearing every angle by eliminating practice bots using their weapons and abilities.

What’s interesting is that players will be able to choose specific paths on each map. In the gameplay footage, the player goes through mid on Ascent from the attacker’s side, with connecting areas like Catwalk and B Link closed off by yellow barriers. Once all the bots are eliminated, the barriers disappear, and markers for “MID,” “A,” and “B” appear on the map, indicating the next training course.

These training courses will be invaluable for players looking to improve their skills in VALORANT Mobile. They can work on their crosshair placement, pre-fires, and learn common enemy positions. This feature is particularly beneficial as PC players currently have limited options for improvement, such as Deathmatch and the practice range, which do not help with learning angles and positions effectively.

While it may be disappointing for some PC players to see VALORANT Mobile offering more features, it doesn’t mean that similar features won’t be introduced on PC in the future. However, it is understandable that players may feel left behind.

Overall, the addition of training courses in VALORANT Mobile is an exciting development that promises to enhance the gameplay experience and help players improve their skills.
