ShowMaker, the star player of Dplus KIA, has pledged his loyalty to the team by signing a lifetime contract. In a heartfelt interview, he expressed his gratitude and stated that he would not have played for any other team in 2024 if it wasn’t for Dplus KIA.
Despite receiving numerous offers from other teams, including some from the LPL, ShowMaker chose to ignore them and remain with Dplus KIA. He emphasized his commitment to the team and his belief that he will be with them until the end of his career.
Reflecting on his journey, ShowMaker admitted that he felt less confident this time around compared to when he became a free agent two years ago. As a veteran player, he appreciates the opportunity Dplus KIA gave him and is determined to repay their faith in him.
The decision to stay with Dplus KIA was also influenced by the fact that most of the roster from their successful Worlds campaign will be staying together for the next season. This continuity and familiarity played a significant role in ShowMaker’s choice.
Dplus KIA recently announced that ShowMaker has signed a three-year contract extension, along with the re-signing of Kellin, Kingen, and Aiming. The team has also promoted rookie Lucid to their Challenger roster, creating high expectations for the upcoming season.
