Speed Up Healing in Modern Warfare 3 with a Medic Vest

Tim Price

If you’ve played Modern Warfare 3, you’ve probably noticed the frustratingly long time it takes for your character to start healing after taking damage. But fear not, a clever Call of Duty fan has come up with a solution using MW3’s vest system.

Vests in MW3 act as perks, granting you extra abilities to enhance your gameplay. For instance, the Infantry vest increases your Tac Sprint duration, while the Overkill vest allows you to carry two primary weapons.

Enter the Medic vest, a brilliant concept by Reddit user FlowKom. This vest would initiate health regeneration immediately after getting a kill. Additionally, standing on an objective, such as a Domination flag or a Hardpoint hill, would trigger regeneration after just two seconds.

The introduction of the Medic vest would revolutionize the game, speeding up the already intense pace of matches. No longer would you need to hide and wait for your health to regenerate after a firefight. Instead, you could swiftly move from one opponent to the next, maintaining the momentum.

From a team perspective, starting regeneration upon capturing an objective would be a game-changer. It would incentivize players to actively participate in capturing flags or hills during public matches. This would be a welcome change, as many players tend to ignore objectives and solely focus on racking up kills.

While some players reminisce about the Quick Fix Ultimate perk from MW2, which triggered health regeneration after a kill and accelerated healing when capturing and holding objectives, there are currently no plans to reintroduce it or implement the Medic vest in MW3. However, MW3’s season one will bring exciting additions such as new multiplayer maps, the return of Gunfight, and more Zombies content.
