The PP-Bizon: A Useless Gun in Counter-Strike

Derek Morgan

For months, nobody has noticed the inability to refund the PP-Bizon in CS2. This gun’s bug is quite amusing, considering that those who buy the Bizon are unlikely to be concerned about refunds. Bizon players are not known for their attention to detail when it comes to their team’s money or weapon stats. If you purchase the Bizon, you are either not a serious Counter-Strike player, have an insurmountable lead, or need to up your meme game.

The PP-Bizon is one of the worst guns in Counter-Strike, with its only redeeming quality being the large magazine size. There are only a few situations where buying the Bizon is acceptable: when the opposing team is on pistols without armor or when victory is guaranteed.

In the SMG category, the Bizon is outclassed by every other gun. On the T side, the Mac-10 is a better option due to its higher rate of fire and accuracy. On the CT side, the MP9 is slightly overpowered for its price, offering easy recoil and solid close-range damage. For off-meta choices, the MP7 can deal more damage than expected, and the UMP used to be in the meta before it was nerfed.

If you’re looking to troll, the Negev is a better choice. It has a similar price point but comes with a massive 150-round belt. The recoil on the Negev is easily controllable, making it even more amusing. LMGs are rarely purchased in competitive Counter-Strike, and holding down the fire button for 15 seconds is just hilarious. Plus, you can refund it because it is not bugged.
