Twitch streamer Reidboyy has achieved an impressive feat in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (MW3), unlocking both the Interstellar and Borealis camos. Despite the intense grind, which included four consecutive 48-hour streams and a total of 195 hours of gameplay, Reidboyy proudly showcased his accomplishment on Twitter.
Just eight days after the game’s release, Reidboyy took to social media on November 17 to claim the title of being the first player to unlock both the Interstellar and Borealis camos in MW3. This achievement came after he had already obtained the Interstellar camo on November 12, making it his mission to conquer the final challenge of acquiring the Borealis camo.
The Borealis camo is the ultimate reward in Zombies mode and serves as the Zombie mastery camo in MW3. Similar to the multiplayer’s Interstellar camo, unlocking the Borealis requires completing various challenges. Players must first fulfill the four base camo challenges for all 36 weapons. Once the Golden Enigma camo is unlocked, they must then obtain the Zircon Scale camo on every weapon by achieving 300 Pack-a-Punch kills. Finally, players must complete the Serpentinite camo challenge by eliminating 10 special or elite zombies.
Reidboyy’s dedication to the game is evident through his relentless pursuit of these camos. Streaming for long hours and sacrificing sleep, he demonstrated his unwavering commitment to achieving his goal.
