What GTA Players Want in GTA 6: Silly Activities and Non-Violent Side Missions

superadmin

With the announcement of Grand Theft Auto 6, players are eagerly discussing their desires and expectations for Rockstar Games’ latest open-world title. One Reddit post has caught attention, highlighting the importance of silly activities and non-violent side missions in the GTA series.

In a game like GTA, where players typically engage in car theft, law-breaking, and killing, it may seem odd that players desire silly elements. However, these lighthearted moments tend to be more memorable than the violent actions. GTA missions that involve unconventional approaches, such as using a remote-controlled toy plane to take out armored vans, have always set the series apart.

Rockstar Games has a knack for turning mundane activities into entertaining experiences. In GTA 4, players went on blind dates and attended job interviews, while GTA 5 featured missions involving infiltrating a social media company and removing viruses from a PC. These seemingly ordinary tasks eventually took a criminal turn, showcasing Rockstar’s ability to transform everyday activities into disguised criminal acts.

GTA games have always included non-violent side activities to provide a break from the chaos. From mini-games like pool, bowling, and darts to participating in triathlons and playing the stock market, players have enjoyed diverse experiences. It would be refreshing to see GTA 6 introduce new non-violent activities, such as mowing the lawn and racing neighbors with lawnmowers. And if the Homeowners Association (HOA) comes knocking, finding creative ways to avoid fines would add an extra layer of fun.

One aspect that has puzzled players since the first GTA game is the absence of police pursuit for traffic violations. While the cops chase players for all other criminal acts, running a red light goes unnoticed. Introducing consequences for traffic violations in GTA 6 could add an interesting dynamic to the game, forcing players to be more mindful of their surroundings. However, it’s important to consider that this feature could become annoying if not implemented carefully.

Among the various silly elements players desire in GTA 6, one particular request stands out: bringing back the swing glitch from GTA 4. This glitch involved a swing that would launch players away when a vehicle was pressed against it. Although a minor glitch, it provided hilarious moments for many players.

Silly activities and non-violent side missions may seem unconventional for a game like GTA, but they contribute to the series’ unique charm. Anticipation is high for GTA 6, and fans are excited to see what surprises Rockstar Games has in store for us. Hopefully, the developers will continue to embrace silliness and deliver even more memorable experiences in the upcoming release.
