After conquering Ahn’Qiraj and Blackwing Lair, the top guilds in World of Warcraft Classic Hardcore are now setting their sights on the final challenge: Kel’Thuzad. Two North American guilds recently defeated Nefarian and C’Thun, marking the completion of previous raids.
Frontier achieved the World First Nefarian kill in Blackwing Lair, while HC Elite successfully took down C’Thun in Temple of Ahn’Qiraj. However, HC Elite lost two players during the battle against the Old God.
With these formidable foes defeated, the next target is Naxxramas and its final boss, Kel’Thuzad. This massive necropolis raid, located in Eastern Plaguelands, consists of five wings: the Arachnid Quarter, the Plague Quarter, the Military Quarter, the Construct Quarter, and the Frostwyrm Lair.
However, gaining access to Kel’Thuzad is not a simple task. Players must first reach at least Honored reputation with the Argent Dawn and provide gold and various materials.
While it remains uncertain when these guilds will venture into Naxxramas, it is likely they will focus on gearing up their most valuable players before taking on the Lich.
Contrary to initial beliefs, Naxxramas is not overwhelmingly difficult. The challenge lies in meeting the gear requirements, as players must have their best-in-slot items to pass the DPS checks, such as the one posed by Patchwerk.
As the anticipation builds, Kel’Thuzad patiently awaits his final confrontation.
