Blizzard has announced a series of exciting changes for the third season of World of Warcraft Dragonflight. In a recent Blue Post, the developers detailed the upcoming modifications to the Mythic+ dungeons, set to take effect with the weekly reset. While most dungeons will undergo balancing adjustments, The Everbloom remains unchanged for now.
The alterations primarily focus on enhancing the difficulty of Atal’Dazar, the easiest Mythic+ dungeon, while toning down the challenge in Dawn of the Infinite and Throne of Tides, the toughest dungeons. Additionally, minor tweaks will be made to trash mobs in Darkheart Thicket, Black Rook Hold, and Waycrest Manor. These tuning changes aim to address the imbalance in difficulty that players have experienced since the start of the season.
It is important to note that Blizzard tends to be more aggressive with tuning changes at the beginning of each season, as initial patches may not achieve optimal balance. This is just the start, and further adjustments can be expected in the future. Keep an eye out for potential nerfs to Demon Hunters, as their high damage output may warrant some adjustments. With WoW hotfixes being released regularly, there is always something new to discover.
