In Diablo 4, console players can make offers for trades. While this is straightforward on PC, console players have to use the d-pad to increase their offer amount, which can be tedious and time-consuming, especially for expensive items.
This week, Diablo 4 console players have reached their breaking point and are demanding a feature that allows them to directly type in the gold amount they want to offer. This would significantly speed up the trading process, allowing players to input the desired amount in less than 20 seconds instead of minutes spent pressing the d-pad.
Implementing this feature would provide console players with more freedom and reduce anxiety during trading. It would also make it easier to send gold to friends without wasting precious gaming time.
However, it is crucial that if Blizzard decides to implement this feature, it is done well and fully functional. A keyboard input feature for console players would be pointless if it is not user-friendly or does not work properly.
Currently, console players of Diablo 4 must either farm materials themselves or spend valuable time navigating the d-pad to trade. The addition of a manual gold input feature would greatly improve the trading experience for console players.
