Uncover the hidden areas and secrets in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet’s latest expansion, The Teal Mask. While the expansion may not offer many noteworthy secrets, there is one hidden gem that Magikarp enthusiasts won’t want to miss.
In a secluded corner of Fellhorn Gorge, lies a small, overlooked pond nestled between two strips of land. This hidden spot is home to a variety of high-level Water and Flying-type Pokémon, ranging from level 60 to 75. However, there is one extraordinary find that lucky trainers may encounter.
Reports have surfaced of a level 100 Shiny Magikarp discovered in this area. Although I didn’t come across a Shiny variant myself, I did stumble upon a level 100 Magikarp in the same location. Unfortunately, this poor creature was stranded on the strip of land, unable to return to the water.
After capturing this impressive Magikarp, I scoured the surrounding area in search of more powerful specimens. Regrettably, I only encountered Magikarp ranging from level 50 to 70. It remains uncertain whether the level 100 Magikarp is a guaranteed encounter or if it appears sporadically.
Nevertheless, this hidden spot seems to be a breeding ground for Magikarp, making it an ideal location for Shiny hunting. With a stroke of luck, you may just find the rarest of them all.
Additionally, this secluded area offers more than just powerful Magikarp. Trainers can also obtain a Prism Scale, a rare item needed to evolve Feebas into the majestic Milotic.
