Team Falcons has officially announced their highly anticipated new super team after parting ways with four players from their active roster. Nathan “NBK” Schmitt, Alexandre “bodyy” Pianaro, Laurențiu “lauNX” Țârlea, and Miłosz “mhL” Knasiak have all been moved to the bench.
The first transfer season in the CS2 era has been filled with excitement, and Falcons have made a big splash. Reports suggest that Marco “Snappi” Pfeiffer, former ENCE IGL, has verbally agreed to join the team, and Falcons have already secured Danny “zonic” Sørensen as their coach.
Rumors have linked Falcons to several high-profile players in the scene. According to HLTV, they have already acquired four-time Major winner Magisk, and there are reports of superstar rifler Niko joining the team as well. Additionally, budding AWPer m0NESY is said to be a target for Falcons.
If these moves come to fruition, Falcons will instantly become one of the top contenders for the Major title. With Zonic as their coach and a stacked roster, they have set their sights on nothing less than championship glory. These acquisitions not only strengthen Falcons but also weaken their competitors such as Vitality, G2, and ENCE.
As other teams rebuild their rosters, including Heroic, Team Liquid, Natus Vincere, and Cloud9, the competition in the top tier of Counter-Strike is wide open. Falcons, backed by the resources of the Saudi Arabian state, are poised to make a strong impact at PGL’s first CS2 Major next March.
