Hanwha Life Esports is gearing up for a comeback season in 2024 by signing two top talents, Peanut and Doran. With these additions, the team aims to become title contenders in the upcoming split.
Peanut and Doran previously played for Gen.G’s superteam, which boasted LCK superstars like Chovy, Ruler, and Peyz. Although they won three out of the last four LCK titles, the team faced early exits at the 2023 Mid-Season Invitational and consecutive World Championships. Fans criticized their inability to reach the finals, questioning the performance of the star-studded lineup.
Now, Peanut and Doran are ready to start a new chapter with Hanwha Life and their highly regarded teammates, Viper and Delight. Viper, a world-class marksman, already has a Summoner’s Cup win under his belt from 2021. Zeka, another teammate, recently won Worlds with DRX in 2022. Together, they bring a wealth of big-game experience to the team.
The 2024 LCK Spring Split is set to kick off in January, and all eyes will be on Hanwha Life Esports as they aim to make their mark in the competitive League of Legends scene once again.
