It’s official, Honkai: Star Rail will be launching on PlayStation 5 on October 11th. After a successful technical test, miHoyo has set the date for the highly anticipated release. Fans who have been eagerly waiting for the game to arrive on Sony’s console can finally rejoice.
Honkai: Star Rail was initially released globally on April 26th for PC and mobile devices. Now, six months later, PlayStation 5 owners will have the opportunity to join in on the action. Pre-registration is currently open, and players can participate in a campaign to unlock rewards for everyone upon logging into the PS5 version for the first time.
Here are the reward tiers based on the number of participants:
– 100,000 registrants: x10,000 Credits
– 300,000 registrants: x5 Adventure Log
– 600,000 registrants: x5 Condensed Aether
– One million registrants: “The Serious of Breakfast (Euridition)” four-star Light Cone
As of now, three out of the four rewards have already been unlocked, with just under 150,000 more sign-ups needed to complete the set. So, if you haven’t registered yet, there’s still time to do so and secure these rewards.
In the meantime, players can enjoy the current content in Version 1.3, including the arrival of Imbibitor Lunae. The midway point of this version will introduce a new banner featuring two exciting characters. Fu Xuan, a 5-Star character, brings powerful abilities to the Preservation path, while Lynx, a new four-star healer, offers competition to the free-to-play healer Natasha.
