Wash inside-out in cold water on a gentle cycle and hang to dry. Skip the tumble dryer, the iron and dry cleaning.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 10–20 business days of being placed, production and standard shipping included. Personalised designs that need adjusting can take a few extra days. You get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Personalised, printed-to-order items cannot be returned for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 20 days of delivery and we will refund or replace it.
Orders can only be changed or cancelled for a short time after they are placed, before they go into production. Contact us as soon as possible; our Cancellation Policy has the details.
