Riot Games has exciting news for TFT fans with the addition of Prestige Tacticians to Teamfight Tactics. These new champions will join the existing lineup of Little Legends and Chibi Champions, offering players even more customization options. Cosmetics play a significant role in TFT’s free-to-play model, and Riot is committed to expanding the game with new Tacticians set to arrive globally by 2024. The first Prestige Tactician, Yasuo Chibi Dragonmancer, will be released in China’s servers first and then globally in 2024.
Prestige Tacticians, like Chibi Champions, come with additional features such as new splash art, visual effects, and a finisher animation. Yasuo Chibi Dragonmancer sets the stage as the inaugural Prestige Tactician, with plans to introduce non-Chibi champions in the future. While China’s servers will receive the Tactician early due to technical reasons, players worldwide can look forward to obtaining a different unnamed Prestige Tactician later this year through the “tentatively-named” Collector’s Treasure Realm Bounty.
What is the TFT Collector’s Treasure Realm Bounty?
Riot unveiled the Seasonal Store alongside Prestige Tacticians, introducing a new system for players. The Prestige Yasuo Chibi Dragonmancer is available in the Collector’s Bounty, priced at 450 Treasure Tokens. Additionally, the Collector’s Treasure Realm Bounty offers a chance to unlock Star content at a 2.5 percent rate drop after opening 30 Bounties.
The Collector’s Bounty pool may also include “high-rarity cosmetics,” such as Mythic Chibi Champions like PROJECT Zed, Star Guardian Lux, and Ashe. Players can start collecting TFT Prestige Tacticians later this year through a temporary Collector’s Bounty in Set 10 and officially in 2024.
