Valve has recently released the revamped version of Inferno in the CS2 beta, but players have noticed that the beloved tic-tac-toe minigame from CS:GO is missing. The community is already requesting its return, as it provided a fun way to decompress before intense matches.
Although Valve has removed the tic-tac-toe minigame in CS2, players are hopeful that the developers will bring it back in a different form. Some speculate that the blackboard menu in the bottom left corner could become the new tic-tac-toe board.
While we wait for Valve’s decision, it’s worth noting that the four bells in the T spawn have been brought back. These bells were previously removed in October 2016 during the map rework for CS:GO.
Inferno is the latest addition to the CS2 beta, joining other popular maps like Dust II, Mirage, Vertigo, Nuke, Ancient, Anubis, and Overpass. Players can now enjoy all of these maps in CS2’s competitive and casual modes.
